80 ccouples wed in nasarawa Catholic Church










80 beautiful couples defied all odds to tie the knot in style over the weekend at St. Sylvester Catholic Church, in Karu LGA of Nasarawa State.

The couples were given the sacrament of matrimony by the Catholic Bishop of Lafia Diocese, Reverend Dr. Mathew Ishaya Audu.





According to reports, the ceremony was unique and historic in the records of St. Sylvester Catholic Church, haven to wed eighty couples at a stretch. Congratulations to the new couples.

The Federal Government has announced a take over of Arik Airline, which has recently been experiencing difficulties. According to the Minister of State for Aviation, Hadi Sirika, the government’s decision to take over the management of Arik Airlines would stabilise its operations, enhance its long term economic value, revitalise its ailing operations, and sustain safety standards, in view of its pivotal role in the Nigerian aviation sector. The intervention, according to the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), clearly underscores the government’s commitment to instilling sanity in the country’s aviation sector and prevent a major catastrophe. I walked out of Wal Mart today and got in my car. As I began to pull out, I had to wait for a man in a wheelchair to pass by. As I watched him, I noticed that he was missing his right leg from the knee down and was wearing, what appeared to be, old, government issued, combat boots. He was (from my guess) in his late sixties/early seventies and seemed to be stopping to take a break. He had not realized that I had started my car and was attempting to pull out, so when he saw me, he waved in an apologetic manner and rolled forward three more times and took another break.
